Completium reserves the right to remove a review or a product owner response for any reason.

All reviews must follow Completium’s guidelines:

We allow one review per person on any given subject. We do not allow repeated reviews of the same subject by the same reviewer, nor questions for other reviewers or comments about other reviews, reviewers or product owner responses.

Reviews must not contain profanity, threats, prejudiced comments, hate speech or malicious bad-mouthing other institutions, professional bodies or products.

Reviews must be based on a first-hand experience. Reviews should be individual opinions and/or customer service related experiences. Reviews must not be written by product owners posing as participants/reviewers, nor written by current or past employees, nor can they be second-hand stories from others. Reviews must not contain hearsay including rumours, quotations from other sources or the reported opinions/experience of others. (Note: Hearsay is defined as unverified information heard or received from another.)

A review must be original and must not quote material from other sources, including other review sites.

We do not allow reviews to be written based on a product owner’s incentive. Offering discounts (on current or future events), or any other kind of special treatment in exchange for a review is expressly not allowed. Any product owner found to be offering incentives in exchange for reviews will be dealt with accordingly.

Reviews must not contain personally insulting language or descriptions, nor smear campaigns or content that is irrelevant and unhelpful to others. Reviews must not be about an event that happened more than five years ago. We are not a forum for general political, ethical or religious opinions. We will not post questions or comments directed to product owners or questions/comments directed to, or about, Completium staff or other Completium members.

Reviews must not contain commercial web addresses, e-mail addresses or contact information. No promotional material of any kind. We reserve the right to reject any URL for any reason.

Reviews must not contain: ALL CAPS, HTML tags, excessive typographic symbols or slang. Please note that most text and paragraph formatting, including lists, will not appear in reviews.
