    Dan Millman was a world a champion in gymnastics and trampline. Through his own personal development he has come into insights and wisdom about living a better life full of meaning and purpose. It is amazing to learn from this book how a little exercise can transform your mental well being. I have read other books by him and his writing is brilliant and very pleasurable. I enjoyed every single page of his books and would highly recommend this book to anyone who wants to learn more about himself through exercise.
