Hypnobirthing!

This is quite an amazing thing. I've attended two day course of Hypno-Birthing method with an inspirational teacher (Helianthe). 

I can confidently say now that with the right practice that me and my partner will put into until the birth, this going to be the most amazing experience we are going to have. I know you cannot predict the future but looking at the DVD's, listening to the stories, learning the techniques and really focusing on it will bring the right results!
